Utility validation errors

Having trouble placing your order?  Experiencing errors with your address?

If you receive an error message when trying to check eligibility like so -

Please email Information@efficiencyworks.org for resolution. Efficiency Works will verify your eligibility.
If you are not eligible, Efficiency Works will reply to you with reasoning. If you are eligible, Efficiency Works will reply to you that you were verified and you will receive further instructions from customer support (efficiencyworksstore@care.enervee.com).

Already have your custom link?

Once you've been verified by Efficiency Works, customer support (efficiencyworksstore@care.enervee.com) will ask you to retry the purchase on the Efficiency Works Store or share a custom link that will allow you to complete your checkout.  The following steps can guide you through that process if you received a custom link.

  1. Enter your custom link into your browser and see the Efficiency Works Store home page
  2. Add the items to your cart
  3. Begin the checkout flow and see the green confirmation banner
  4. Proceed through the remainder of the checkout flow and complete your purchase!

Remember: your custom link is only valid for 7 days!  Please use it as soon as received to make sure you can successfully place your order while stock is still available

Note: if you see a yellow announcement banner, you might have already used your link or waited too long to use it.
